San Francisco Trip

I went to San Francisco last week to visit my children. My daughter is in the process of getting out of her house. I went to help her sort thru some of the stuff her husband had collected. I could hardly believe how many tools he had. There is no way any one person needed that many.

We did get the basement sorted and she sold a lot of stuff Saturday. Mostly blown glass and art, but some furniture from the basement. I think she can have a tool garage sale and get a lot sold, if she advertises it.

I met her boyfriend, Robert, and his family. He is very nice and has a nice family. I got to hold a baby for several hours. Yeh!!! Also visited with my son for 2 days. I like to visit him as we have discussions about many subjects. Where has visiting gone? I miss the days when you could have discussions and nobody got angry and there was no yelling.

It is good to be back "home". I finished knitting a sweater that I started a month ago. I am thinking of learning to knit socks. Several of the ladies in the sit & knit group make socks. They might make good Christmas presents.

Next week I hope to start a Sweadish Weaving project. More on that later.
