My daughter called yesterday and she had to have her beloved dog put to sleep. He was in distress with a heart problem. I am feeling very sad as he is the one dog that I would have taken.
He was a very good dog and you could take him anywhere without worrying about his behavior. A real gentleman.
Plus he loved and protected Carmel. I did have to compete with him to sit beside her! I did not mind though. You just could not be mad at him.
